Brilliant Minds Season 1 Episode 2 Review: Chapter Two: The Bodyless Woman

Brilliant Minds delivered a solid series premiere to get viewers interested in Dr. Oliver Wolf, his techniques, and his interns. However, thankfully this installment kicked the drama and character development into high gear.

During Bright Minds Season 1 Episode 2, Dr. Wolf, Van, and Jacob dealt with the lead case of Jessie Williams, who presented with symptoms of proprioception disorder. Ericka and Dana dealt with a patient who was hallucinating seeing a dragon with the help of Dr. Wolf and Dr. Pierce.

Oliver’s mother, Dr. Muriel Landron, also meddled in his affairs, which made working at the Bronx Hospital difficult.

(Rafy/NBC) Dr. Wolf and the boys bond with Jessie

Jessie Williams, a local WNBA star, initially came in for gallbladder surgery, but began having disturbing dreams. It was fascinating to see Dr. Pierce so excited about meeting a basketball star.

Part of the problem was that she needed someone to listen to her and not brush off her complaints.
