NCIS and Six Feet Under star Gabriel Olds is accused of raping three more women after the victim revealed how brutally he woke her up when she was unconscious

Three more women have come forward claiming they were raped by Hollywood actor Gabriel Olds.

On Monday, Olds, 52, was charged by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office with five additional counts of sexual assault, bringing the total number of charges against him to 12, involving six victims.

The three women came forward after reading media reports about his previous arrest in July, when several women came forward with horror stories of consensual dates that turned violent.

The alleged crimes are said to have taken place between 2013 and 2023.

The women accused Olds, a Yale graduate best known for his role as a young Pat Robertson in the Oscar-winning film The Eyes of Tammy Faye, of using his status as an Ivy League student combined with the prestige of a Hollywood actor to put them in a vulnerable position by luring them through dating apps.

“Each victim stated that Olds gave them a false sense of security during their initial encounters and then became sexually violent without their consent,” the Los Angeles Police Department said in a statement.

The charges include rape, rape of an unconscious person, sodomy, assault with intent to rape, and assault of a girlfriend or partner.

The latest allegations concern assaults that occurred between 2021 and 2023. However, prosecutors say they are investigating allegations dating back to his time as a student at Yale.

Olds has been in custody since his arrest on August 4, with bail set at $3.5 million.

The latest charges allege that Olds sodomized a woman in September 2021 and raped another woman in May 2022. A third woman was allegedly sexually assaulted in May 2023.

The three new victims contacted police after reading previous media reports about Olds’ alleged assaults. All three were dating the actor at the time.

Olds has been held on $3.5 million bail since his arrest on August 4 and is scheduled to appear in court again on September 25.

Prosecutors alleged that the assaults took place at Olds’ home, another at the home of one of the victims and another at a Los Angeles hotel.

LAPD Detective Brent Hopkins told the LA Times that none of the women knew the others, but some had worked in the entertainment industry.

The investigation into the actor began in January 2023 after a 41-year-old woman reported a rape in her Los Angeles home.

Investigators subsequently became aware of two more cases in which women had made similar allegations in 2013.

In all three cases, the women claimed that dates with Olds escalated into violent sexual assaults.

One of the women obtained a temporary restraining order prohibiting her from describing her encounter with the actor in detail.

She claimed that Olds filmed and photographed a non-consensual sexual encounter with her in January 2023.

Three other victims came forward to police after reading earlier media reports about Olds’ alleged assaults. All three were dating the actor at the time. He is depicted in an episode of NCIS.

Two weeks later, she claimed that Olds choked her during sex and she “begged him to stop.”

“I had a loss of consciousness. I think he slapped me to wake me up,” she described in detail in the court documents.

When she woke up, she saw Olds putting on a condom and trying to “spread my legs.”

She claimed that the attack only ended when she vomited on him.

Detective Hopkins said the alleged assaults were “very similar” to those of the victim last year.

“We heard the same story over and over again. Mr. Olds started out charming but then resorted to brutal violence,” Hopkins said.

“Some of these survivors suffered in silence for years before finding the strength to speak out,” he added. “Now that he is no longer on the streets, we want to make sure everyone has the chance to be heard.”

“There was a time when there wasn’t as much understanding of sexual assault… After #MeToo, there’s a lot more awareness, especially with the Danny Masterson and Harvey Weinstein cases,” Hopkins said. “People are more aware of what’s OK and what’s not OK and are more willing to talk about it.”

Hopkins fears there could be more victims due to the time gap between the two attacks in 2013 and the other in 2023.

Olds is scheduled to appear in court on September 25. If convicted, he could face decades in state prison.

“Mr. Olds has pleaded not guilty to all charges. He insists that any sexual contact he had with the complaining witnesses was consensual at all times, a fact the defense intends to prove in court,” Olds’ attorney Leonard Levine wrote in a statement.

Olds has appeared in 74 acting roles in numerous films and television shows since the late 1980s.

He has appeared in episodes of NCIS, Six Feet Under, Party of Five and The Mentalist.
