APC has failed Nigerians, PDP is dead – Kwankwaso declares NNPP is the fastest growing party in Nigeria

The National Chairman of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, Rabiu Kwankwaso, has said that the Peoples Democratic Party is dead, adding that his party is the fastest political group in the country.

Kwankwaso disclosed this on Monday in Abuja during the National Executive Committee meeting of the NNPP, highlighting the numerous challenges they faced.

He also lambasted the ruling All Progressives Congress, highlighting the disconnect between its leadership and the realities facing Nigerians, including increasing insecurity, poverty and hunger.

Kwankwaso: “I am happy to say that today, despite all the challenges, our party is the fastest growing party in this country.

“I remember when I visited Katsina State to open our state office; There I mentioned that the two parties especially the PDP were dead and there are so many concerns within the PDP.

“I’m sure many of you didn’t see what happened today when I made that statement, that the party was torn to pieces.

“The party is imploding and if they didn’t understand it then, I think they will now agree with all of us that the party is dead.

“In the present form of the APC, you can see that the leadership is simply up in the air and the entire nation, the people of this country, are down.

“At this level, we all believe, particularly voters in this country, regardless of whether they think they are doing well, that they are doing very, very poorly, particularly when you look at the issue of security and the level of poverty in this Area.” Country and of course the problem of hunger that we are experiencing in this country.”
